The structure is a duplex. Each unit can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests and has approximately 1,200 square feet.  Other than the one shared common wall, the two units are separate living spaces. There are two separate living quarters with separate entrances, kitchens, yards and parking arrangements. The front yard gate can be opened so that the yards are shared. Each yard has a charcoal BBQ with smoker for your outdoor dining pleasure.

Each unit offers 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 4 guests per bedroom.

Each bedroom offers the following:

• One Queen size bed, sleeps up to 2 adults
• A Day bed with a twin mattress
• A Trundle bed with a twin mattress
• 
  The day and trundle beds can be placed next to each other and with a twin to king foam converter (included) can be made into a modified King size bed.

Please note that while there are beds to accommodate up to 12 overnight guests per unit, there is only 1 full bathroom and ½ bathroom per unit.
