To move forward with a reservation, please follow the below steps:
1) Contact CJ (e-mail to cj@heartofsantacruz.com or phone 1-831-325-4810) to verify if your needed dates are available.
2) After a brief phone conversation, CJ will forward a guest contract for your review and approval. This can be done via fax or electronically.
3) Return the approved contract via U.S. mail, fax or signed electronically
4) At the time of contract approval, 1/3 of the rental fee would be due to confirm the booking and hold the dates exclusively for your stay. We accept Visa and Mastercard over the phone for payments. Checks and money orders are accepted in US dollar currency only and can be sent via US Mail or Express mail to our PO Box.
5) The remaining amount is due at least 60 days in advance of your stay.
6) All payments are refundable up until 60 days of the arrival date.
7) Once payment has been made in full and funds are verified, a confirmation letter is sent to the signer guest. The confirmation letter includes all the property details (directions, address, phone number, etc.) as well as the lockbox combination. The lockbox at the unit has the house keys.
