Parking near a beach is always a challenge, so we encourage you and your guests to car-pool.

Street parking is limited if vehicle will be parked on the street overnight or if it will be parked for greater than two hours at a time Monday through Friday.

The Corner Home has 1 off street parking space in the driveway in addition to 2 Parking Permits for street parking.

The Cove Home has parking for 3 vehicles, off street only.

This means that there is parking to accommodate up to 3 vehicles per unit. If the entire duplex is rented together, it would be a total of 6 vehicles. If additional parking is needed, please advise the Owners as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made.

Please be diligent in using the Parking Permits as applicable when parking on the street as the city does patrol and ticket regularly.

Under no circumstances are buses allowed to be parked on the street. If you are transporting guests in a bus, please contact the Owners for suggestions as to where to parking possibilities.
