We can't believe how fortunate we are to have a home central to so many things. An easy stroll away is Cowell Beach, Santa Cruz Wharf and the Boardwalk. Also this year the Santa Cruz Boardwalk is celebrating its 100 year Anniversary. There are events planned all summer long. The April 2007 edition of the Costco Connection Magazine has an article featuring the Boardwalk, a bit of history and how to get discount ride tickets.

And just down the street a few houses is Neary Lagoon. Just through Neary Lagoon are public tennis courts and 2 children’s playgrounds. Down the street on the way to the Beach and Boardwalk there is also another children’s playground, a full regulation size soccer field, skateboard park and at the Boardwalk - Beach Volleyball courts. Just down the road is also the new Mike Fox Skateboard park. There is always something going on at the Louden Nelson Community Center which is just around the block.
